All fragrances sold by Legacy Fragrances are original creations or inspired blends made with high-quality fragrance oils and ingredients. We maintain strict quality standards to deliver long-lasting and luxurious scents.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Customers receive order confirmation and shipping updates after dispatch. Legacy Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of perfume products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof (photo/video).

Refunds are only applicable for: wrong product delivered, damaged product received, or out-of-stock orders. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We value every customer and aim to provide the best shopping experience through quality products and professional service.

Customer information such as name, address, phone number, and email is kept secure and confidential. Legacy Fragrances never sells or shares customer data with third parties.

Perfume testers are provided for fragrance testing purposes only. Packaging of testers may differ from regular retail products.

Longevity varies from perfume to perfume depending on the application area, season, and quantity used. On average our fragrances last well over 12 hours. The performance details for each perfume are mentioned on its product page.

Both versions are crafted from the same fragrance. Roll-ons are concentrated perfume oils while sprays contain alcohol as a carrier. How each one smells ultimately comes down to your body chemistry and personal preference.

Our sprays do contain alcohol as a carrier. If you prefer alcohol-free options, our roll-ons are oil-based fragrances with no alcohol content.

The concentration varies by fragrance. On average our perfumes contain around 35% fragrance oil concentration or more, placing them in the Eau de Parfum to Parfum range.

Store your perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Sunlight and heat can cause chemical changes that affect the scent, sillage, and projection over time.

We have not received any such complaints, but as with any fragrance product we recommend doing a small patch test on your wrist before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Yes. Alcohol used in perfumes is not the same as khamr (the intoxicating liquor prohibited in Islam). Scholars have clarified that non-khamr alcohols found in perfumes, medicines, and cleaning products are permissible. The prohibition in Islam is specifically on the consumption of khamr, not on its external use. Your namaz will be valid.

Yes we do! However for orders above Rs. 15,000 we require an advance payment of 50% of the order amount to confirm the order and ensure smooth delivery.
